Our Licenses

FontBundles.net and DesignBundles.net have two license types available for purchase. These are listed below.

A Premium License is valid for one person. If more than one person in your company or household will be using the design element, each person must purchase a separate license, or you must purchase a corporate license to cover all company/household users.

If you intend on using products for ‘platform use’ (software which allows users to create customized designs), you will need to purchase a Corporate License.

Definitions

Personal Use is defined as: using products downloaded/purchased from FontBundles.net or DesignBundles.net for your own personal use. This means the items are not sold or distributed.

Commercial Use is defined as: using products downloaded/purchased from FontBundles.net or DesignBundles.net for commercial purposes. This includes selling or distributing items made from our products.

Platform Use is defined as: items which are made by a company’s users. For example: a T-shirt company allowing the ‘platform user’ (that company’s customer) to make products with designs/fonts sold by us, using the company’s own software or platform.

Unlimited Users is defined as: an unlimited number of people within one organisation or platform.

Unlimited Sales is defined as: no limit to the amount of sales made from one organisation or platform.

License 1: Premium License

The FontBundles.net and DesignBundles.net Premium License allows you to create an unlimited number of commercial use products.

Acceptable Use:

• Unlimited projects for personal use.
• Unlimited projects for commercial use to be sold to customers.

Commercial use examples include:

• Making physical crafts/artwork and selling them at craft fairs and/or online.
• Making flyers for a client, printing and distributing them.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us in an app, which is available to download to a mobile device.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us in your favourite software such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, and Adobe Illustrator to make an ‘end product’ for sale.
• Use of web fonts up to a total 100,000 page views per month.
• Use of a font/design in one eBook/printed book title.

Non-acceptable Use:

• Distributing files downloaded/purchased from us in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
• Allowing more than one user to use items downloaded/purchased from us to make projects for personal or commercial use.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us in TV, film, music video, or any other broadcast production.
• Converting fonts into different formats without written permission from the designer.
• Creating a product to sell which only consists of the letters/numbers of a font, or a design which closely resembles the design element downloaded/purchased from us.

License 2: Corporate License

The FontBundles.net and Designbundles.net Corporate License allows unlimited users within your company/household, unlimited sales, and platform use.

Acceptable Use:

• Unlimited users working on different projects for personal or commercial use within one organisation or one platform.
• Customers are able to create customizable items using products downloaded/purchased from us on one platform.
• Using products downloaded/purchased from us within one music video, TV episode, film or other broadcast production.
• Use of web fonts for one website for unlimited page views.
• Use of fonts/designs in unlimited eBook/printed book titles.

Non-acceptable Use:

• Distributing files downloaded/purchased from us in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free, or as part of a package of products.
• Selling or transferring the license to another company.
• Allowing another company to use products downloaded/purchased from us in any way.
• Converting fonts into different formats without written permission from the designer.
