After you download the file on your iPad, 

1. Tap the Gear icon in the top right corner. 

2. Tap "Notebook Templates"

3. Tap Default Cover preview

4. Tap + to create a new group 

5. Tap Import 

6. Open the file you've just downloaded, Select all the covers you want to add onto GoodNotes. 

7. Tap Open to import the covers.
