All the PNG files have transparent background. All the PNG & Jpeg files are high res 300 DPI. 

Software Compatibility:    

PNG and JPG files can be opened with most photo editing softwares. Please check your software for compatibility. PSD files can be opened in Adobe Photoshop.     

Vector files: EPS & AI files can be opened in Adobe Illustrator CS3 or newer.
