Pomodoro Planner Printable & GoodNotes Track Project Goals

This technique is based on exact counting of working time. 25 minutes of work on the project - then a 5-minute break - and another 25 minutes in focus. After 4 sessions, you should break!
I created two different pages that will help you deal with your productivity.
One is Pomodoro Planner - here you can note the most important thoughts and ideas during the working day with Pomodoro.
The main page - Pomodoro Tracker - will help you to plan the whole day and control working time.
Why 25 minutes? It's long enough to do something, but at the same time it's short enough for your brain to focus. And awareness of the passing of time only helps to focus thoughts on the main task.
