I like this planner, but you need to know how to work in layers in Canva to edit, but it is not as difficult to do with how this one is laid out vs other health/medical planners. I combined it with other Canva planner templates to make a comprehensive medical planner for myself. It is definitely a medical planner, not a health planner. It has a Personal Information page to keep track of important personal details, a Medical Expense log/tracker, a Medical Appointment log - which can be useful if you need to communicate information to others, Illness Log, and Year-at-a-glance pages. Simple, but effective, especially for people who are managing chronic illnesses and need to keep track of these important items in one place.
