This Glowforge ready design features three layers. A solid round with scored ghosts, a solid layer for the back of the word, and the word.
I tested the design using 1/8" birchwood.
I have set the file to cut at 4" but would not cut smaller due to details. Take care with words as they are delicate.
CUT ALL PIECES. Score ghosts. PAINT PIECES AS DESIRED. GLUE PIECES TOGETHER
TIP: When painting the scored layer I use spray paint at an angle and lightly spray until covered. May require a couple coats but this helps prevent the score lines from being filled.
