Christmas Adjectives

Working with nouns and adjectives can be fun, especially when your children get to write about Christmas objects.  There are 14 Christmas labeled pictures that your children can write adjectives about. Remind them that, if they get stuck, they can think about their senses. How does the object look, sound, taste, feel, or smell like?

For an extension assignment, you can have your children write sentences using the nouns and adjectives from their papers. They could even put them all together into a Christmas story!
