What is it Worth? Place Value to the Millions

Understanding place value and what each digit in a number is worth is essential to understanding numbers. Practice helps make that information concrete in children’s minds. That is why these pages were made.

Print out enough copies for each of your students. They will look at each number and decide what place value the boxed digit is in. Then they look in the key to find the letter that corresponds with the place value. They will then write that letter in front of the number.
