I would print this out on somewhat rigid paper and then adhere it to some coordinating color card stock. You can size this card down if you like. It measures about 6 inches tall. When folded it is just over 5 inches wide and when extended it's 11 inches. You can always replace and or add photos over the layers for a mini scrapbook. Take a look at the last image in the gallery to see exactly where to fold. It's super easy!
