I'm not sure what's going to be better for you, crafters. Going through all of the awesome pictures of dad and the kids or giving this mini album and or exploding gift card box to dad? I had so much fun going through the pictures and I bet you will, too. This is another one of those really easy printable paper projects that's ready in no time at all. The shapes are very easy to cut and you only need scissors and some glue. Easy, right? I've designed a special pack of papers and some stickers to coordinate with this exploding box so you can take this mini album and or gift box card as far as you would like. The colors match deliciously with the Country Collection if you wanna go even more extensive.
In this download, you will receive an easy to print version of all three basic plus shapes as well as each individual shape on its own in formats png and jpg. The png format will allow for customization.
Consider backing up each shape or page with some coordinating card stock or print out coordinating paper from the Father's Day Collection or use something from your stash. Take a good look in our gallery for some basic instructions and definitely check out the last image in the gallery if you plan on using the first, outside and largest page or layer with pictures to make sure you get your photos in the right direction. I goofed mine and don't want you to do the same. If your images are all going to be on the inside, it won't be a problem. Also something to consider if you are going to put photos around the outside is the lid. The flaps on the lid are fairly long and you might cover some of the photo. Keeping the images on the inside of the box will definitely make this project a lot easier.
Use a slightly rigid paper for the best result. Always check your printer settings and if you do want to add pictures, consider a gloss or semi gloss paper.
You are going to love this craft project and so will dad!
