Crafters and scrappers, thanks so much for all of your attention on the first steam punk pack and those cool brush strokes. I thought since so many people liked those papers, I'd go and design some more. Steam punk is just so darn fabulous. I love the old meets new, dark verses light and all of that metal and texture. It's a touch of fantasy and intellect that is just palatable and really gets those creative juices flowing. I try to embody all of that in the papers I designed for both packs of paper. A bit of dark drama and touch of bright blushes and gold to bring it all back down.
These papers are stacked with layers and layers of texture, paint, brushes, metal, bevels and some shadows for lift, interest, contrast and for something unique. Dig those edges and how they blend and finish off the entire the look.
These papers can be used in so many different ways. Cards, scrapbook page layouts, stickers, tags...don't let me stop ya! Steam punk design is also great when ya want a masculine touch to your designs.
