Happy 4th of July confetti shaker card with star. 3D Paper cut design.
For the layer that holds the confetti and gives it height, you can use thick cardboard, felt or foam (foamin) or double-sided tape. Also you will find a file with special strips with teeth to create a high rim to hold the confetti.
This design has been tested on my plotter cricut explore air2.
