You will get the zip file with palettes set in .swatches format.

Before use you need to unzip files on iPad if you use any app to unzip or on your desktop then 

import files to your Ipad (you can use google disk, dropbox or other) 

Click on the file and choose "export". Then choose "Copy to: Procreate".
