These designs are perfect for creating a bunting for all sorts of celebrations!
Birthdays, weddings, anniversary’s, engagements, baby showers, Mother’s Day, graduations…. Just to name a few!
you will receive a zip folder with an SVG (suitable for most cutting machines) and PNG file (transparent background) of each design. If you require another file format please let me know.
in your files you will have:
- 3 front designs
- 2 background shapes (straight and scalloped).
- 1 heart, which you can resize to make a big and small heart to sit on top of each other (like in the pictures).
Designed to be cut out of card.
I have cut these designs using a cricut cutting machine on white cardstock on 216gsm (80lb) on medium cardstock setting at default pressure.
The front designs were cut at 11cm width, and then the background was resized to fit behind.
when you upload the SVG into your cutting machines software, you will need to resize to how big you want to cut them, then click ‘ungroup’ to remove the heart from the middle of the design. Once you’ve done this you will just need to highlight the design again and click ‘attach’.
with the background you will need to resize so the holes at the top match up.
Once the design has been cut you will need to fold up the partially cut pieces to create that 3d/pop up look.
Then glue to layers together to create your bunting.
When adding letters to the middles of the heart you have various options.
You could either cut the letters out of the heart, draw the letters on, cut the letters out of vinyl and stick to the heart, or you could add embellishments pre-made from a craft store (like I have in the pictures).
