3D Birthday card | Paper cutting | birthday card SVG

This ‘pop up’/ 3D floral A5 card template is a digital image, therefore no physical item will be posted to you.

You will receive your files in SVG format which includes:

• card template (pre-sized to A5)
• backing card template
• A5 slim card box template (lid and base)

I have cut this design on a cricut cutting machine.

Once you have uploaded the SVG file into your cutting software it will be pre-sized to approx A5 size, you will then need to select the line down the middle and change this from cut to score and then highlight and attach the card.

You will also have a card backing template to cut out and stick behind the cut out details (or you can cut this by hand).

Then instead of an envelope you have an A5 slim card box (lid and base), you will need to change the lines from cut to score and then attach the lid and then attach the base (separately).

I used white 200gsm cardstock and cut on the setting ‘medium cardstock’ at default pressure, alternative cutting options for this type of design is ‘cardstock for intricate cuts’ on default pressure.

Once your card has been cut, fold all the partially cut pieces up to give it that ‘pop up’/ 3D look and back the front with your chosen card.

with the slim card box, fold along the score lines and glue to tabs to the inside edges, hold for a few seconds until secure and glue the tabs on the other side.
