This design is perfect for cutting out of your favourite Christmas cardstock to add a special touch to your Christmas. Why not make some for your friends and family?
you will receive a zip folder with an SVG file (suitable for most cutting machines) of the box insert and housing (which you’ll need to cut 25 each of), the pyramid roof and the side cover (which you’ll need 2 of).

I have test cut this design using a cricut cutting machine on cardstock of 216gsm (80lb) on medium cardstock setting at default pressure.
All files are presized, so no adjustments will need to be made to the sizes.
There will need to be a few changes made from the files, because an SVG file (also known as a cut file) changes all the lines to ‘cut’.
All the files require some form of scoring so you can create folds in the cut pieces.
Click ungroup, select the layer which needs scoring and change the line type under edit from ‘basic cut’ to ‘score’, then highlight and attach this layer.
You will receive PDF instruction sheets with pictures and descriptions on the assembly of all components.
12x12 card reccommended, you can fit 2 box insert templates onto one 12x12” piece of card and you can fit 4 box housing templates on a piece of A4 card.
All cutting can be done on a standard 12x12” cutting mat for larger cutting machines.
The final dimensions of the advent calender once assembled measures 30cm height, 23cm width and 7cm depth.
It stands unaided, you don’t need anything to keep it upright.
Finish it off by adding your own numbers to the front of the boxes and adding sweet treats inside!
