I have created this one-page template tool to do just that so that all the information is there right where you need it and you get automated graphics, BMI’s stats and information of how far you have come as you go.
After a brief set up you then simply weigh yourself and add the date and your weight that day to the tracker and you will build up a log of all the amazing progress you have been making which will also make you far more likely to stick to the plan once you see how far you have come.

How is works
- You will need Google Sheets on your computer
- You will receive the template via a zip file which will contain a PDF containing a link and instructions
- The PDF will also contain instructions of how to set up a free Google Account if you haven't got one already
- Open the Zip file and then save the PDF file to your computer, you can then open the template via the link
- Click on the link to open the template and then make a copy before you start using it
- The template itself will also have a tab which includes the instructions
- To use the template again and again just keep making another copy
