How to use smart object layers in Photoshop:

It's quite simple: open your PSD file, double click on "YOUR WORK HERE" layer and it will open in another window. Place your Design on top and click Ctrl+S (or File-Save). Go back to your PSD mockup file and your Artwork will show up! Easy Peasy!
