Layered Christmas Money Holder/Money Card SVG Bundle
Step up your cash-giving game this Christmas! Create cute and thoughtful cards to add your cash to and give to your friends, family, or co-workers. Everyone loves cash, and they'll love it even more when it's presented in one of these cute designs!
Five designs are included. There are two versions for each design. One will require the plastic pouches that you can find on Amazon (maybe) or through other crafting websites. If you can't find them, you can use the second version, which includes a cutout for rolled cash. No plastic pouch required!
Some of these crafts have several layers, a few small pieces, and will take some time to cut and assemble. (Particularly the Gingerbread House design.) *Please note that these were designed with cutting in mind! Assembly requires layering. You CAN choose the PNG for print then cut if you choose.
If you choose to use vinyl for the wording, please use extra caution when using transfer tape, as strong grip tape may peel the layer of cardstock that you are transferring the wording to. It is suggested that you use light grip tape or tape that has been “seasoned” by either prior use or by placing onto clothing several times to reduce the stickiness.
When cutting, change the "TO, FROM" layer to "PEN" when you are cutting on Cricut, so that it will write that part instead of cut it. :) (Instructions are included.) If you are new to Cricut or don't know what that means, make sure you watch the video tutorial that is included in the last preview! Note: the video is a tutorial for a different money card that I designed, but you can apply the same technique to these money holders!
Included are the following file types for each design:
• SVG (for Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Designer Edition)
• DXF (for Silhouette Basic Edition)
• EPS (vector files for Illustrator)
• PNG at approximately 4.5" x 7.5", 300dpi -- for Print Then Cut*
The SVG files are also compatible with any other software the accepts these file types. (Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge, Sure Cuts A Lot, and more.)
These files have been tested in Cricut Design Space as well as Silhouette Studio and no issues were discovered. However, if you need help, please feel free to send me a message. I’m happy to assist!
