Happy Birthday Boy Gnome Money Holder SVG/Cut File
Out of ideas for birthday gifts? Make this easy birthday boy gnome money holder and give what's on everyone's list -- CASH!
There are two versions included. One will require the plastic pouches that you can find on Amazon (maybe) or through other crafting websites. If you can't find them, you can use the second version, which includes a cutout for rolled cash. No plastic pouch required!
Please note! This project requires you to use Cricut pens for writing. You MUST follow the instructions below (also included as a PDF) in order for this project to work as intended. Questions? Message me!
Just change the "To", "From", and "Happy Birthday" layers to "PEN" when you are cutting on Cricut, so that it will write that part instead of cut it. :) To save time on this one, I used VINYL instead of card stock for the cutout text, so adhering the words to my card was super easy. I also used holographic vinyl for the balloon and the hat. Note: the dollar amount is NOT included. You will need to hand-write the dollar amount on the burst that's included.
New to paper crafts? Check out the video tutorial in the 2nd preview! (The video shows assembly of a different money holder, but the process is the same.)
Included are the following file types:
• SVG (for Cricut Design Space and Silhouette Designer Edition)
• DXF (for Silhouette Basic Edition)
• EPS (vector files for Illustrator)
• PNG at approximately 5" x 9.5", 300dpi -- for Print Then Cut*
• Includes instruction PDF
The SVG files are also compatible with any other software the accepts these file types. (Brother ScanNCut, Glowforge, Sure Cuts A Lot, and more.)
*Please note that this was designed with cutting in mind! Assembly requires layering. You CAN choose the PNG for print then cut if you choose.
These files have been tested in Cricut Design Space as well as Silhouette Studio and no issues were discovered. However, if you need help, please feel free to send me a message. I’m happy to assist!
