HOW TO MAKE THE BASE OF

You will need three strips, an acetate circle, a

circle for the background, and three hoops.

1. Glue and fold the toothed strips into a circle.

2. Glue the acetate to the base and reinforce

the toothed circle with a ring at the top.

3. Fill them with glitter or confetti.

4. Decorate and glue another base on top.

Remember that you can make your cake toppers flat it will look beautiful
