Grieving is difficult. Sharing in your grief is hard. Memorializing those we love, with a special plaque, helps. I made this when my Grandmother passed away. It is a small 4 x 4 frame, it sits on a bookcase in our family room. When I look at it, it reminds me of her and I smile.
