This is a DIGITAL product! NO physical product will be shipped or provided! This digital file is created to be used with laser cutting machines (like Glowforge), CNC router and other such.
This item is an add-on for our Interchangeable Leaning Frames / Signs from our shop! Keep in mind that Interchangeable Leaning Frames / Signs are sold separately and are NOT included in this listing! However, you can use the items from this listing in anyway you find suitable - including but not limited to door hangers, signs, room decoration and more!
This purchase includes 8 main designs of inserts to celebrate and to remind you about the best time of the year - the Summer! The designs are watermelon (two types), waves with dolphin and a sail boat, ice cream truck, sunglasses with palm trees and a boat, orange or lemon slice, welcome summer with sun and ice cream, summer leisure time with cocktails and pineapple and the final design - mermaid in the water! The pack also include two type of back layers - clear and shiplap, which will help you have more designs and more options to create! Plus there are two options for each set of 8 - one for round back and one for square back. Which means 18 in total :)
You will receive a zip file that contains tow folders. Each one is created regarding the specific back layer. One for round back layer and the second is for the square base. All models are provided in the following file formats - SVG, PDF, DXF, AI and CDR.
Items have two or three layers. When glue layers use glue that is suitable for the material that you have used for the items. For example - if you use wood material, use glue for wood.
All items are provided as they are. No additional letters / names / text are provided. If you want to customize them or to create something brand new, it is your responsibility to know how to use your vector program or other software to write the names/text and/or to make changes to them, including engrave weld / merge / union the names/text onto the chosen item.
Keep in mind that you have first to engrave (if you add your own text), after that score and finally cut.
The average size of each item is different, but the size of the back parts/layer is around 4.72 inches x 4.72 inches (12 cm x 12 cm)
This product is intended for material with thickness of 1/6 inches (4mm), but you can use any other thickness that you are sure that your machine can cut through without destroying the thin elements.
Recommended materials: Plywood, MDF, Wood and Acrylic.
In the included digital file have in mind that:
- YELLOW COLOR is for score;
- BLACK COLOR is used for cutting;
- RED COLOR is for information purpose.
When engrave, score and cut please make sure you use settings on your laser machine that are suitable for the material that you use! It is your responsibility to know how to operate the laser cutting software, the laser cutting machine and/or your other programs / vector software.
