This is a CUT and DRAW project.
If you have a machine like Cricut, Scan N Cut, Silhouette you will need a respective pen to do this project (in my case I used Cricut machine and o.4 tip Black color pen to draw the stars)
Also the project can be finished without stars drawing, just simple ignore the stars when you cut the insert card.
Download also includes Instructions how to set up Cricut machine for drawing and how to assemble the card.
Cut the design with a laser machine like Glowforge or machine on blades basis like Cricut, Silhouette, ScanNCut.
For paper cut on blades cutting machines like Cricut, Silhouette, Scan N Cut, cut the design not less than 5x7 inches (10x7 inches for card in unfold mode), from 80-90-100 lb cardstock paper.

For bundles: Every design-element is a separate file for indicated formats. Use PNG file like preview, to find the right file for SVG, DXF, PDF formats.
