Create a compact slotted Halloween display with separate part SVGs and English assembly notes.
Make a playful Halloween tabletop display with a curled-stem jack-o-lantern and a bold HALLOWEEN 2026 front sign. The two upright panels slot into a rounded rectangular base. Paint the pumpkin and sign orange, add purple to the engraved lettering, and leave the base in a natural wood finish or choose your own palette.
This digital laser-cutting project includes three parts for approximately 3 mm plywood or laser-safe MDF. The base is approximately 203 x 55 mm, the pumpkin panel approximately 150 x 139 mm including tabs, and the front panel approximately 173 x 29 mm including tabs. These are flat part dimensions.
Included files: combined SVG, separate SVGs for the pumpkin, front panel and base, PDF, EPS and a legacy Illustrator AI format. SVG is the primary production format. English instructions and a facts sheet are included. No fonts are needed; the fixed 2026 lettering is supplied as vector paths.
Red paths are through-cuts. Black filled letters are area engraving. The pumpkin face and curved rib details are cut openings. Purple letters in the previews show optional painting, not an additional cut layer.
Engrave, cut, paint and dry the parts, then insert the panels into the two rows of base slots. Test the joint fit first: slots are drawn at 14.95 x 2.95 mm and tabs are 15.15 mm wide, so fit depends on laser kerf and actual material thickness. No machine settings or universal fit are guaranteed. Avoid scaling the whole design without correcting the joints.
Digital download only; no wood, paint, hardware or physical decoration is included. No physical test cut was performed during packaging. Supplied previews show an illustrative painted finish.
