⚙️ TECHNICAL DETAILS:

• Number of Layers: 2 Layers (Backing plate + Decorative overlay)

• Recommended Material: Plywood, MDF, or Acrylic (3mm to 4mm thickness is ideal)

• Overall Clock Diameter: 250 mm (Easily scalable in your software)

• Central Hole Diameters: 8.0 mm on the Backing plate / 12.0 mm on the Front overlay (Specially designed so the hex nut sits perfectly flat and flush without tension)


⚠️ IMPORTANT MECHANISM REQUIREMENT:

Since this is a solid 2-layer design (approx. 6mm-8mm total thickness), please make sure to use a Quartz Clock Movement with a LONG SHAFT (Thread length: 9-12mm / Total shaft length: 18-20mm) to ensure the hardware fastens securely with a 1.5cm mechanical gap from the wall.
