Box with Hinged Heart Lid

Thank you for your interest in this design: this a digital product only, suitable for hand or machine-cutting.

This elegant box is made of two parts: 

- an interior box with a tuck-in lid

- an exterior box which is split diagonally into two triangular parts that slide open to reveal the container. Each part has one half of a heart cut through, so when closed the interior box can be seen through the heart.

Two optional, decorative panels with cutout hearts are also included. They fit around the two heart parts of the outer box, to add colour and texture.

A self-closing tab keeps the box closed but, if preferred, instead of the tab you can glue ribbons at the ends of the two triangles and tie together (see pictures and instructions for reference).

The design comes in two versions:

– with score lines

– with perforations

The downloadable ZIP folder comprises two sub-folders, containing the files for the different versions. Formats included in each sub-folder:

AI, DXF, EPS, JPG, PNG (transparent), SVG

Assembly instructions are included in a JPG and a PDF.

For machine-cutting: please remember to attach relevant layers before sending to cut.
