More information on this Design

Thank you for your interest in this design: this a digital product only, suitable for hand or machine cutting.

Celebrate dad’s special day, with a card that resembles a laptop. It measures approximately 21 x 15 cm, and comes with an envelope that fits it perfectly, though an ordinary A5 envelope can also be used.

Inside, the card is decorated with the words HAPPY FATHER’S DAY. Use foam spacers at the back of each letter to create a raised ‘keyboard’ effect.

There’s a ‘trackpad’ area which can be used for additional wishes and names.

Included, are three accessories for the ‘screen’ area. A frame (acts as decoration and hides the points where the arm supports are glued) and two differently sized pockets. Use the large pocket for a photo, or the small for a giftcard.

For the front of the card there are 3 letters (larger than the keyboard letters) that form the word DAD. They can be glued flat onto the card or onto the shaped backs, for additional colour and texture.

A second frame may also be cut and used to decorate the front as well.

Once opened, the card stays open with the help of two support arms.

The downloadable ZIP folder comprises:

– a folder that contains six files in the following formats:

DXF, EPS, JPG, PDF, PNG (transparent), SVG

– assembly instructions in two formats: JPG and PDF.

For machine-cutting: please remember to attach the relevant layers before sending to cut.
