This Glowforge ready design features a 2 layer design which features the word "MERRY". The design has a bottom layer, then a top layer with cutouts including a notch for pulling out the piece. The design wastes very little. I cut approximately " in length but it can be sized larger.
I tested the design using proof grade materials direct from Glowforge. The design is 2 layers. The example was cut at approximately 8 inches wide. Using a Plus machine this design took about 10 minutes to cut using bass plywood.
