CUT ALL PIECES. PAINT PIECES AS DESIRED. GLUE FLORAL PIECE OVER SOLID PIECE. GLUE WORD PIECE OVER FLORAL PIECE. PLEASE NOTE: DESIGN IS MEANT TO FIT ONE WAY. SO YOU MAY NEED TO ADJUST CIRCLE SO IT FITS CORRECTLY.

NOTE: YOU HAVE 2 BASES TO CHOOSE FROM. A SOLID BASE AND A BASE WITH 2 HOLES FOR ADDING ROPE TO HANG.
