Y'all! I am so super excited to be bringing this really fun and sweet exploding box card or mini scrapbook album to you. It is beyond scrap-a-licious! I had a blast designing it and then putting it together. I could not get over just how easy it was. Ya don't even need a fancy cutting machine for this exploding box card template! The shapes are very easy to cut by hand.
The versatility is insane! You can put a little nifty gifty inside. You can add elements, photos or more papers over the top of the template if you like. This box coordinates perfectly with the rest of the Valentine Collection in Plus. I would recommend grabbing the other packs like we did in our little slide show provided for you. Just look at all of the possibilities.
I used regular printer paper in the images. It was a test and I'd actually suggest that you also use regular paper for your trial run. Then later, you can either print on more rigid paper or apply the thin paper to rigid paper. This way you can get a front and back. You will definitely want a front and back for your layers. It isn't necessary though!
Follow the directions in the slide and use the tips for a great result. These templates and the exploding box card tutorial will make your project come together quickly and easily. Look through all of the images provided here for fun ideas for your mini album, card or gift box.
How cute would this be with little chocolates inside. Kisses? Heart confetti? Pictures of your bestie or partner?
In this download, you will receive 2 different first layer templates. One with the hearts in the corner and the other without. They both look terrific! Then you get 2 other layers. One a touch smaller than the first and with a different design and finally the lid. I did widen the flaps just a touch more than what is pictured incase you fill your box to the max. The images are in both png, jpg and svg.
Have fun scrapbooking and crafting! I just know you will!
