4th of July Patriotic Dotted Scrapbooking Paper

Polka dots and dotted paper is always in style. These patriotic dots go great with the rest of the 4th of July Series in our Summer Collection. Big and small dots in red white and blue are perfect for patriotic pictures. Not just in America but anywhere and not just for patriotic pictures, but any project you've got in mind. They are truly versatile and bright. Use these digital backgrounds for cards, tags, stickers, scrapbooking pages and even sublimation projects.
