This 3D/‘pop up’ Christmas card bundle of 13 designs is a digital download, therefore no physical item will be sent.
You will receive the files in a zip folder containing an SVG and PNG file of each of these designs in this listing.
I created this bundle to give value for money to those looking for a variety of Christmas card designs, which you can create for loved ones.
I have hand drawn these images and have test cut them on 200gsm cardstock.
I used my cricut cutting machine and chose the setting ‘medium cardstock’ on a nice sticky mat.
An alternative setting that can be used to cut is ‘cardstock for intricate cuts’ on default pressure.
When you upload the SVG files into your cutting software, click ‘attach’ to a card template depending on the style of image has been designed for (square or rectangle.
To make a card template for A5 I usually select a square shape and resize to 29.2 width by 20.6 height to cut on an A4 piece of card laid landscape on the cutting mat. And select a score line to centre down the middle and place the card image central to the right hand side of the score line (as this will be the front of the card). For a square card, same rules apply just different dimensions (approx 29.2cm width by 14.5cm height (A4 card laid landscape on cutting mat).
Two of the designs ‘happy holidays’ and ‘seasons greetings’ with snowflakes down the side come as a ready made template (A5), all you need to do is change the line down the middle to ‘score’ instead of cut, you can do this by highlighting the line in the layers section and go to edit to change the line type (instructions given suited for cricut design space).
NOTE: due to the intricacy of the sides of these cards I wouldn’t reccommended cutting any smaller than A5 (a standard 5x7 card has been tested and failed).
Once cut carefully fold the partially cut pieces up to give it that 3D/ ‘pop up’ look!
Perfect bundle for creating a variety of Christmas cards.
