This layered small rose paper flower template is easy to make. Please make sure you download the word file that contains youtube tutorial link. The SVG file contains all the layers you need. Simply cut the template and follow the tutorial. Use 65Lb cardstock and a glue gun for best result. I used shimmer 65 lb cardstock from Michael's (North America craft stores).
IMPORTANT!! Please note this is NOT a print-and-cut file. You must have an electronic cutting machine like Cricut, Silhouette cameo, etc.
