Family Last Name Wreath With Year Farmhouse Sign SVG EPS PNG

Family Wreath sign that you can customize using your own font!  I have also included numbers in SVG EPS and AI for adding the year.  For PNG, PDF, JPG and DXF you will need to use your own font to add the year.
This would make a lovely sign for blended families, newlyweds or any family.

Just simply add your name to the middle.  The font I used for the example photos is Times New Roman.

To use the numbers upload your main design and the numbers file.  Simply ungroup the numbers and delete the ones you don't need and duplicate the ones you need more than 1 of.  Then you insert the numbers and your last name into the spaces provided and WELD the design together to cut.
