Created using a modern stencil font and a distressed USA flag. I created the "grunge" look chunkier so it will be easier to weed.
***PLEASE NOTE: This design does have many pieces that will need weeding to create the grunge and torn/ripped look. Please use a sharp blade to cut and lots of patience when weeding. ***
Please keep in mind the smaller you cut the design the more tedious it will be to weed.
