My customers sometimes wonder if my design is right for their material. In such cases, I mailed them the test line files. The ruler has slots corresponding to the thickness parameters that can be found in my store.
I suggest cutting out two identical pieces and inserting them into each other in paired slots. So you decide which design you should use, 3.0mm or 3.2mm? 6.0 or 6.3mm?
Would a design engineered for 4mm or 5mm thickness suit you? - just cut two parts from this material and insert the corresponding slots into each other. You will immediately understand whether your assembly will be tight or weak and whether the design you are interested in will assemble in principle ... :)
