Material thickness is 3.0mm/.118" and 6.0mm/.236" (or 3mm in two layers) for the backing piece.

I recommend using an electronic vernier caliper to check the thickness of your material before purchasing.

If the parameters differ by 2-3 tenths of a millimeter or an inch, you will not be able to get a quality product.
