Dad Paper Cut SVG File | Layered Papercut Shadow Box

Create a special gift for your dad or grandpa with this layered shadow box template!

This dad shadow box template can be customized with your own text to make it even more unique. All you need is your cutting machine's software and instructions are included.

You can either cut it by hand or use our ready to cut files for Cricut, Silhouette, Brother, CNC laser and any other cutting machine.

And if you are a beginner, we included a simple tutorial that you can follow to assemble your 3D dad shadow box in just a few minutes!

This customizable dad shadow box template includes (ZIP file*):

• 6 SVG files - for most cutting machines such as Cricut, Silhouette, CNC, laser, etc.
• 4 PNG files - (transparent background, 300 dpi) for printing or cutting machines
• 6 PDF files - (300 dpi) for printing and cutting by hand
• 1 DXF file - for Silhouette Studio Basic Edition
• 1 EPS file - for Adobe Illustrator, Inkscape and other vector softwares
• PDF files with instructions (photos + text) on how to build your layered shadow box and list of the materials you need
• 2 VIDEO tutorials on how to customize your shadow box with text (for Cricut and Silhouette).

*All of the files above are compressed into a single ZIP file. You will need to extract them before being able to access them.

What you need:

• Cutting machine (or other cutting tool)
• 80 lb (200-220 gsm) white or colored cardstock
• Foam board
• Glue
• Shadow box frame 8x8'' (20x20 cm)
• Warm white or RGB 5v or 12v LED strip or fairy lights

Please Note:

• Size can be decreased or increased. However, when reducing, some details may become too tiny to be cut so we do not recommend scaling down too much.
• In order to avoid distortion, please keep the padlock locked while resizing it.
• Any materials supported by your machine (e.g. plywood, MDF, acrylic, plexiglas, etc.) can also be used.
• The light/shadow effect will vary depending on your material's transparency.
