Snowflakes Sled Door Hangers

I recommend cutting your backing pieces in 1/4" material and the top layer pieces in 1/8" material. I have the door hangers sized for 15 or 20 inch size sleds but they are easily sized up and down as there are no interlocking pieces, just make sure to size all pieces together so they match up when resizing.

Included:

2 different size options are included. The 20 inch sled will require a larger laser. The 15 inch size sled will use two sheets of glowforge size material. I have it divided into 1/4 inch sheet and 1/8 inch sheets. I recommend using 1/4 inch material for the back piece and 1/8 inch material for the top layer pieces.

This set includes cut files for laser cutters such as Glowforge. This file was cut and tested on my OmTech 60w laser cutter and can be used with any CNC machine.
