This 3D/layered dinosaur card template comes as a digital download, therefore no physical item will be sent.

You will receive this template as an SVG file only with a PDF instruction sheet on basic instructions for cricut design space.

You can create cards or invitations with this design.

I have hand drawn this design on my iPad and the card has 4 layers to it in total (the card base and then 3 layers for the dinosaur embellishment).

I use a cricut cutting machine to cut my designs, usually on 200-220gsm (80lb) cardstock, and cut on the setting ‘medium cardstock’ at default pressure.

I’ve cut this card to approx 20cm in height to make a card that’s around A5 in size (you can resize to what you want). I also reccommend the base card to be cut on thicker cardstock over 250gsm for strength.

Once your SVG file has been uploaded into your cutting software you will need to resize it to the size card you’re wanting to create.

Then you’ll need to make a few basic changes which the PDF instruction sheet will guide you through.

But briefly: resize, ungroup, change line down middle from cut to score and then attach the card base layer with the score line. And that’s it, it’s ready to cut!
