This Christmas candy dome ornament template comes as a digital download, therefore no physical item will be sent.

You will receive a zip folder with an SVG file.

This candy dome design is perfect for cutting out of cardstock to make a variety of different coloured Christmas ornaments to hold wrapped treats, as shown in the pictures.

All files are pre-sized, so the size the file is loaded to is the size you cut at (sized to fit a round bauble of 3.15”).

(You can resize to suit other sizes if needed, you would have to manually do this).

Once the SVG file has been uploaded all you have to do is go into the layers panel and select the layer with the dashed lines for the circle cut out and click attach, then you can get cutting!

Also for any layers with drawn elements you will need to change this from ‘basic cut’ to ‘draw’ with pen by going to edit and changing the line type, then once you’ve done this select the bauble at the end of this layer and change back to cut and then also attach this layer.

Then once your layers have been cut, simply glue them together using a normal glue stick and then with a half bauble (3.15”) fill with sweets and using a glue gun put a small amount around the rim and then fix into place on your layered card.

Leave to dry and then stick string through the hole to hang up on the Christmas tree or add as a stocking filler.
