This design is perfect for cutting out of card to create a personalised gift to hang up in a bedroom/nursery.

you will receive a zip folder with an SVG file (suitable for most cutting machines) of each of the 5 layers (layers are on separate files for this design).

You will also receive an SVG file of a pop up butterfly.

Each layer is presized to 8x8 inch, however, you can resize to suit the frame you want to cut it for.

I have cut this design at 8x8 inches.

I cut on a cricut cutting machine and used cardstock of 220gsm (80lb) and cut on the setting ‘medium cardstock’ at default pressure.

For the top layer, you have a blank space to add a name of your choice to personalise. I would recommend using a stencil font and then simply highlight and attach so the name cuts out of this top layer.

Then with the pop up butterfly file you can choose to place these either side of the name to get to desired look like the picture (you will need to attach these to the top layer aswell).

Once each of the layers have been cut, simply layer them on top of each other in order (each layer is coloured to give you inspiration on what colour to choose when picking out your cardstock, however, you can choose what colours you want).

Then simply place your layers into a deep box frame and hang up on your wall,

please note: measure the frame insert to make sure you cut at the correct size for your frame.
