Use different color card stock for different color results. You can also print different sizes from the pdf print function. (You can draw or paint on paper, or punch holes and insert LED lights,...)

Playing with papercrafts is something unique and different. The supplies (and skills) are readily available, cheap and the results make for a big impact.
(keep in mind that you will not need all of this if you are using your die cutting or laser cutter)
Here are the things you will need:
Paper - Anywhere from 32lb to card stock 65lb should do the trick
Craft knife and cutting mat or scissors
Glue - I use a glue stick or double side tape
Ruler and scoring tool (back of knife or scissors work great)
