All your Font Needs
Rhinestone function in SCAL4
*Note- SCAL4 Pro used.
1- Open the SCAL4 software.
2- Create your design. I am using the font Westmorland created by Jokiranta.
3- Go to Effects, then select Rhinestones.
4- The Rhinestone window appear.
5- You have a choice of four different rhinestone shapes to choose from. If you are using another shape than what is offered, you can select a similar shape for the stencil. Double-check your progress by clicking on the preview icon.
6- You also have a list of the different rhinestone sizes you can choose from.
7- You can also adjust the spacing between each rhinestone.
8- You also have the option to fill the whole design with rhinestones.
9- When you change your rhinestone shape, the software will adjust the placement of the rhinestones.
10-At any point while adjusting your design, you can change the shape of your rhinestones.
Click OK when you have finished.
11- Once you have the design in your canvas, you can adjust the size.
12- When adjusting the size of the design outside of the rhinestone tool, the SCAL4 software will automatically re-adjust the amount of rhinestones needed for the design.
13- When ready to cut, check the preview screen to ensure all the cut lines are where you would like them.
