Please note that the files included are precision made and will cut accurately and smoothly on all cutters. If you are having problems cutting the file, please check that the settings you are using match the material you are cutting. Many papers, card stocks, vinyls, leather, etc have specific recommended cutting speeds and pressures. Please experiment and keep this in mind before leaving any bad reviews :-)
