Creating a print and cut in Cricut design space mobile app

1-Open the Cricut design space app.
2- Tap on a new project.
3- Tap on the upload icon and then select the path you will be getting your image from. I am uploading one.
4- Your image will appear in your clean up screen.You can use the remove wand to take away backgrounds and other parts you do not want of your image. I have removed the white background.
I am using Safari animals from designbundles.net
5- Next use the refine tools to fix any rough edges or errors in your image. Tap on next.
6- You now will go to the save screen. You will need to name your image. then you will have two choices. to save as a cut file or as a print and cut. Click the left silhouette of yoyur imag to save as just a cut file.
7- The silhouette will appear in the upload section. Tap on in and insert.
8- You will see that it only comes as a cut file. Tap on make it.
9- as it is saved as a cut file you will not be able to print and cut. just cut as an outline.
10- To actually print and cut you will need to do the following.
11- Clean up your design. Remove any background you do not want using the wand. Tap on next.
12- refine your image. Tap on next.
13- In the save screen this time you need to name your image and tap on the right one which says print and cut. Tap save.
14- Your image will be saved. as it is a print and cut the image will appear and not just a silhouette.
Tap on insert.
15- Your print and cut will appear in your design space. I will look like a regular image. Tap on make it.
16- In the cut screen you will see your design and a black square around it. On the left you will see the printer icon. You can now print your design. Once printed you can pop on your cut mat and tap on the cut screen to cut around your design.
